This Privacy Policy explains how Imagentra processes information relating to Merchants using the Service.

1. Merchant Information

Imagentra may process:

• company information;
• billing information;
• contact information;
• subscription details;
• configuration settings;
• usage statistics.

2. End User Privacy

Imagentra has been designed so that participating Stores cannot identify End Users through the platform.

Stores do not receive access through Imagentra to:

• uploaded reference images;
• generated images;
• prompts;
• IP addresses;
• generation history.

This separation is an intentional privacy feature of Imagentra.

3. Statistics

Stores receive operational statistics relating to image generation activity.

Statistics may include:

• generation counts;
• processing status;
• language;
• products associated with generations;
• usage reports.

Statistics are designed so that individual End Users cannot be identified through Imagentra.

4. Security

Merchant information is transmitted using encrypted HTTPS/TLS connections.

Imagentra implements appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect Merchant information.

5. AI Providers

Imagentra currently uses OpenAI to generate requested images.

Only the information necessary to perform the requested generation is shared with the AI provider.

6. Retention

Merchant operational information and statistics are generally retained for the duration of the subscription and for at least twelve (12) months for reporting and business continuity purposes.

Certain records may be retained longer where required by law, accounting obligations or dispute resolution.

7. Sharing

Imagentra does not sell Merchant information.

Information may be shared only with:

• payment providers;
• hosting providers;
• infrastructure providers;
• governmental authorities where legally required.

8. GDPR

Imagentra processes Merchant information in accordance with applicable data protection legislation, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Merchants remain responsible for their own legal obligations toward their End Users.
