This Privacy Policy explains how Qalistic LLC, a company established in Bulgaria, European Union, collects, uses and protects information when you use Imagentra through a participating Store.

By using Imagentra you acknowledge that you have read this Privacy Policy.

1. Information We Collect

Depending on how you use Imagentra, we may collect:

• Your uploaded reference images;
• AI generated images;
• Text prompts;
• Your email address (if required by the Store);
• Technical information such as browser type, device information and IP address;
• Usage information necessary for operating and improving Imagentra.

We collect only the information reasonably necessary to provide the Service.

2. How We Use Your Information

Your information is used solely to:

• generate AI images;
• deliver generated images to you;
• provide customer support;
• maintain security;
• prevent abuse;
• improve Imagentra;
• comply with legal obligations.

We do not use your images to advertise to you.

3. AI Processing

To generate requested images, your prompts and uploaded reference images are securely transmitted to OpenAI, the AI provider currently used by Imagentra.

They are processed only to generate the requested output.

Imagentra may change AI providers in the future. Any such change will be reflected in this Privacy Policy.

4. Who Can See Your Images

Imagentra has been designed to maximize your privacy.

Your uploaded reference images and generated images are not shared with participating Stores.

Only:

• you;
• authorized Imagentra personnel where reasonably necessary; and
• the AI provider generating the requested output

may access your images.

Authorized personnel may access content only when necessary for:

• customer support;
• abuse investigations;
• security;
• legal compliance;
• improving Imagentra.

All such access is limited to authorized personnel.

5. Sharing of Information

Imagentra does not sell your personal information.

Imagentra does not sell uploaded images.

Imagentra does not sell generated images.

We share information only with:

• OpenAI for AI image generation;
• infrastructure providers required to operate Imagentra;
• email providers where required to deliver generated images;
• governmental authorities where legally required.

6. Information Shared with Stores

Participating Stores receive only the operational information necessary to provide their services.

Stores cannot access through Imagentra:

• your uploaded reference images;
• your generated images;
• your prompts;
• your IP address;
• your generation history.

Stores receive statistical information only.

Such statistics are designed so individual users cannot be identified through the Imagentra platform.

7. Image Retention

Uploaded reference images and generated images are generally retained for up to 30 days.

Certain information may be retained longer where reasonably necessary for:

• legal obligations;
• fraud prevention;
• security investigations;
• dispute resolution;
• protection of Imagentra.

8. Security

Imagentra uses:

• encrypted HTTPS/TLS connections;
• authenticated access controls;
• logging and monitoring;
• technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the risks.

Although we work to protect your information, no Internet service can guarantee absolute security.

9. Your Rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request:

• access to your personal information;
• correction of inaccurate information;
• deletion where legally permitted;
• restriction of processing where applicable.
