IMAGENTRA DEFINITIONS

This Definitions document forms part of the Imagentra Terms of Service and Privacy Policies for both End Users and Merchants ("Stores"). Unless otherwise stated, the following terms have the meanings set out below.

AI Provider

The third-party artificial intelligence service used by Imagentra to generate requested content. At launch, Imagentra uses OpenAI. The AI Provider may change from time to time.

AI Generation

Any image or other output created by the AI Provider in response to a user's prompt, reference image or other input submitted through Imagentra.

Browser Session

The active browser session in which an End User interacts with Imagentra. Image links may remain available within the browser history or cache according to the browser's own behavior.

End User

A natural person using Imagentra through a participating Store to generate AI-assisted images.

Generated Image

Any image created by Imagentra using an AI Provider following an End User's request.

Generation History

The collection of Generated Images associated with an End User during the applicable retention period.

Generation History is accessible only to the originating End User through Imagentra and is not available to participating Stores.

Imagentra

The AI-powered image generation platform operated by Qalistic LLC.

Merchant

A business customer ("Store") subscribing to Imagentra and integrating its functionality into its own website, application or ecommerce platform.

Personal Data

Any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person as defined by the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Processing

Any operation performed on Personal Data, including collection, storage, transmission, analysis, deletion or other processing as defined by the GDPR.

Prompt

Any text, instruction or command submitted to Imagentra for the purpose of generating AI content.

Qalistic LLC

The company operating Imagentra, established in the Republic of Bulgaria, European Union.

Reference Image

Any image uploaded by an End User for use as input during AI generation.

Service

The Imagentra platform, including all websites, APIs, widgets, dashboards, integrations and related services provided by Qalistic LLC.

Statistics

Operational information generated by Imagentra regarding Service usage.

Statistics may include generation counts, processing status, languages, product associations and other operational metrics but are designed so that participating Stores cannot identify individual End Users through the Imagentra platform.

Store

A Merchant integrating Imagentra into its own website, application or ecommerce platform.

Subscription

A commercial agreement granting a Store access to Imagentra subject to the applicable package, pricing and usage limits.

User Content

All prompts, uploaded Reference Images and Generated Images submitted to or produced by Imagentra.
