IMAGENTRA SERVICE LIMITS AND RETENTION POLICY

This document describes Imagentra's operational limits and data retention practices. It forms part of the Terms of Service and Privacy Policies for both End Users and participating Stores.

1. Service Limits

Use of Imagentra is subject to operational limits determined by the Store's active subscription package.

Depending on the subscription, limits may include:

• AI image generations;
• continuation generations;
• uploaded reference images;
• concurrent processing requests;
• storage;
• monthly usage;
• API usage;
• email delivery;
• other technical limitations.

Qalistic LLC reserves the right to modify subscription limits for future subscription plans.

2. Fair Usage

The Service is intended for legitimate business use.

Users and Stores may not:

• bypass package limitations;
• create multiple accounts to avoid limits;
• automate requests beyond permitted API functionality;
• interfere with the operation or security of Imagentra;
• abuse system resources.

Violation of Fair Usage rules may result in temporary suspension or permanent termination of access.

3. Image Retention

Unless otherwise required by law or reasonably necessary for security, Uploaded Reference Images and Generated Images are generally retained for up to thirty (30) days.

After expiration of the applicable retention period, images are scheduled for deletion from active systems.

Backups containing deleted data may remain for a limited period until overwritten in accordance with standard backup procedures.

4. Statistics Retention

Operational statistics relating to Stores are generally retained for a minimum of twelve (12) months to support reporting, billing, service analytics and business continuity.

Statistics are designed to protect the privacy of End Users and do not include access to uploaded images, generated images or prompts.

5. Merchant Access Restrictions

Participating Stores do not receive access through Imagentra to:

• End Users' uploaded Reference Images;
• End Users' Generated Images;
• End Users' prompts;
• End Users' IP addresses;
• End Users' Generation History.

Stores receive only operational statistics necessary for the administration of their subscription.

6. End User Access

End Users may access their own Uploaded Reference Images and Generated Images during the applicable retention period through Imagentra, subject to the functionality provided by the participating Store.

Image links may also be available through:

• browser history;
• emails containing generation links;
• links voluntarily shared by the End User.

End Users are responsible for protecting any links they choose to share.

7. Changes

Qalistic LLC may update this document to reflect operational, technical, legal or commercial changes.

The most recent version will always be available through the Imagentra website.
